• We primarily lend to commercial real estate, including raw land development projects
• Interest Rate: Variable from 9% to 14% depending on collateral
• Amortization: Interest Only
• Organization Fee: 1-4%

Our hard money loans also come with:

• Interest only amortization
• Up to 80% for your loan-to-value ratio
• Anywhere from one to four percent for the origination fee for your commercial financing deal
• Closing time of five days to a full month
